SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided at checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = processing time (3 business days) + shipping time (up to 10 business days).

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have concerns.

DELAYS AND FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by, including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss for the products pass to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, though we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at densihair1@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and may arrive on different days.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at densihair1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
