Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at densihair1@gmail.com for any return question.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This applies regardless of the 15-day return window and regardless of your country of residence.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REGION-SPECIFIC WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Depending on where your order is shipped, local consumer protection law may grant you additional rights beyond our standard 15-day policy. These rights apply automatically and cannot be waived by this policy:
- European Union / United Kingdom / EEA: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Mexico: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 5 business days of receipt (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
- Brazil: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
- Australia: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from their description, with no fixed time limit.
- All other countries: If your country's consumer protection laws grant you a withdrawal, cancellation, or return period different from the one stated above, that local right applies and takes precedence over our standard policy. This may include, but is not limited to, "cooling-off" or "right of withdrawal" periods recognized in your jurisdiction. In all cases, wherever local law provides a longer return, cancellation, or refund period than our standard 15-day policy, the longer period will apply.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
